Sue has over 25 years’ experience working as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, qualifying with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has worked in a variety of services including neuropsychiatry, acute care and community adult mental health services.
Sue currently leads a Psychological Services team in an NHS adult community mental health service and works with a wide range of clinical presentations. She also regularly supervises trainees Clinical Psychology and other courses.
She is passionate about delivering and maintaining a high-quality service that offers the best outcomes for her clients.
Sue sees adult clients (18 years+) virtually during evenings.

Nicola has worked in the NHS for 30 years in a variety of roles and contexts in the area of adult mental health. This included offering supervision, managing staff and service development.
Nicola is a specialist in working with long standing and complex issues, in particular personality development and emotional regulation. She is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
Nicola draws on these and other approaches such as psychodynamic to develop a shared compassionate understanding of a client’s difficulties and to help them identify and work towards their goals.
Nicola sees adult clients (18 years+) and offers virtual appointments during the day time on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Jackie has worked in the NHS for 24 years in a variety of different roles and settings in the area of adult mental health. This has included working with people who have acute difficulties and longstanding issues.
Jackie is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
Jackie draws upon these approaches to cultivate a shared compassionate understanding of a person’s difficulties and through this process identifying their goals and exploring together any changes they wish to make.
Jackie also works with people who do not have clearly defined mental health difficulties but who wish to understand and improve their mental and emotional well-being.
Jackie sees adult clients (18 years+) in person (Worcester, UK) and virtually on selected days.
